New James Hornsby Sport Partnership website

I am delighted to announce the roll out of the brand new James Hornsby Sport Partnership website. This new and improved website will allow all schools to register for the events they wish to enter; find resources to help with the high quality PE sessions being delivered at their school; find the rules and regulations for each event and more.

This new development comes on the back of a superb first half term of the 2017-18 school year with a number of events taking place. These events saw 422 students taking part in 5 different events. This included a tag rugby master class with Olympian and professional rugby player Rachael Burford with 5 schools took full advantage of and I look forward to seeing these skills during the tag rugby central league competitions.

The winners from the competitions are below, they progress to the County level 3 competitions.

• Team tennis event – Northlands Boys team
• Girls football – Great Berry
• Boys football – Greensted
• Boccia – Phoenix B

I am looking forward to the rest of this year and the competitions that are up and coming.
